ICBSA, the Central Italian Institute for Sound and Audiovisual heritage, is the Italian institution historically responsible for the collection, classification, filing, valorisation and promotion of the national audiovisual heritage. It is a Central Institute of the Italian Ministry for Culture. For the past six years, ICBSA has been running the “Crative audiovisual writing and reading” workshop, a didactic experimentation on audiovisual literacy for high school students.
